Applimation Announces Enhanced InfoShuttle® Suite to Include Support for SAP® CRM, SAP SRM and SAP APO Applications
Comprehensive Suite Provides Full Spectrum for Automating, Controlling and Securing Application Data in Non-Production Environments
ORLANDO, FL - May 5, 2008 - Applimation, Inc., the leading provider of enterprise data management solutions, announced today that its InfoShuttle Suite has been enhanced to include support for the following SAP® applications: SAP Customer Relationship Management (SAP CRM), SAP Supplier Relationship Management (SAP SRM) and SAP Advanced Planning & Optimization (SAP APO). Applimation's new suite includes InfoShuttle Client Builder, InfoShuttle Data on Demand and InfoShuttle Data Security. Today's announcement signifies the first new product release for Applimation since its acquisition of Gamma Enterprise Technologies in January and reflects the combined resources of the company in bringing it to fruition. The announcement was made today at the SAPPHIRE® 2008 Orlando conference being held May 4-7.
This new release expands the InfoShuttle Content Library, one of the industry’s most extensive repositories of SAP solution-based objects and relationships, to allow users of to easily select only the transaction or master data required, and have InfoShuttle automatically detect all referenced data relationships for high integrity transfer to the target system. Extendable to customized processes and objects, the Content Library helps insure data reliability in each customer’s unique environment.
InfoShuttle Client Builder enables users to replicate master and transactional application data from production in order to create new “lean” clients for development, test and training environments. This new release provides businesses running SAP applications, including SAP CRM, SAP SRM and SAP APO, the power to selectively provision data into non-production environments that includes sales/service orders, lead-generation, shopping-cart data, purchase orders/requisitions, billing information, and transportation information.
InfoShuttle Data on Demand offers a comprehensive and systematic way to copy user-selected production data in order to update data in existing non-production environments, such as development, QA and training. Subsets of current master and transactional data are replicated, reducing application and upgrade deployment risk, improving productivity and shortening development and test cycles.
InfoShuttle Data Security gives customers the ability to protect confidential data contained in non-production environments. Using Data Security, organizations can customize and create sophisticated rules for masking or obfuscating sensitive information that has been moved into testing, training and other sandbox environments.
