Applimation Announces 40 New Accelerators for its Enterprise Data Management Suite

Module Support includes Financial, Human Resources, Supply Chain, Higher Education and CRM suite for Oracle, PeopleSoft and Siebel

Chicago, IL – August 21, 2007 – Applimation, Inc., a leading provider of enterprise data management solutions for packaged and custom applications, has announced that it has developed 40 new accelerators available for its Enterprise Data Management Suite of products. The new accelerators incorporate pre-built templates that enable customers to implement the Informia suite of data growth management solutions much more quickly and seamlessly with an extensive list of Oracle, PeopleSoft, and Siebel modules.

The majority of the new modules, which encompass Financial, Human Resources, Supply Chain, Higher Education and CRM suite for Oracle, Peoplesoft and Siebel, are also designed to support the new Applimation Informia Secure product. Informia Secure provides a comprehensive, automated data privacy solution for sensitive data stored in everything from mission-critical production systems to internal QA and development environments to long-term repositories over a heterogeneous data base infrastructure.

The newly introduced accelerators round out the already extensive library of accelerators available for Applimation’s Informia Online Archive, Informia Subset and Informia Compliance Archive products. The Informia Online Archive solution provides data archiving functionality that enables customers to reduce the size of their production database and improve performance. Informia Subset enables organizations to create smaller, targeted databases for non-production applications, such as development and QA testing, that maintain application integrity while taking up a fraction of the space. The Informia Compliance Archive retires data with encapsulated XML objects to meet long term data retention, legal and regulatory compliance requirements.
