Applimation Acquires Gamma Enterprise Technologies

Applimation, Inc., the leading provider of enterprise data management solutions for Oracle®, PeopleSoft® and Siebel® environments, has acquired Gamma Enterprise Technologies, creator of InfoShuttle and a leading global provider of application data management software for companies running SAP® solutions. Gamma’s InfoShuttle® suite of application data management solutions automate, control, and secure the replication of SAP production data into non-production environments.

With the acquisition of Gamma, Applimation gains an immediate leadership position as a provider of SAP data management solutions. SAP is a leading provider of enterprise software applications with over 41,000 customers representing 12 million users in 120 countries.
